Currently, Medellin Colombia has 193 points of free WiFi access, and is expected to install 30 more before the end of 2017.
According to the Mayor of Medellin, the new points will be located in the Parque Lineal La Presidenta, Ciudad del Rio, Paque Obrero (Barrio Boston) and El Parque de la 4 Sur.

So that all citizens benefit from the initiative, especially strata 1, 2 and 3; 107 free WiFi are located in parks, market places, landmarks, tourist sites and soon metro stations.
